Script to partitionate the "micro-SD Card (sda)" and the NVMe Hard drive (sdd) for octagon sf8008

* Here is a relevant script for creating 50 slots on the sdd NVMe hard drive


First format your sdd NVMe hard drive with Multiboot FlashOnline V.7.1


then, execute first script to partitionate your sdd NVMe hard drive.



* Here is a relevant script for creating 50 slots on the usb3.0 - sdc NVMe hard drive

And if you use usb3.0 adapter to connect your sdc NVMe hard drive to SF8008 or SF8008 supreme


First format your sdc NVMe drive with Multiboot FlashOnline V.7.1

then, execute second script to partitionate your sdc NVMe hard drive.

How to do ?


1- Use the openatv-7.5 image as the first recovery image

2- Install plugin Multiboot FlashOnline V.7.1

3- Format your sdd NVMe internal hard drive using Multiboot FlashOnline V.7.1.


The sdd NVME hard drive must be formatted in GPT mode, not Mbr, for the script to accept it.


4- Execute the script to partition your sdd NVME hard drive.

5- Install whatever Enigma 2 images you want using the openatv-7.5

Script update to split the micro-sd card : compatible with octagon sf8008 twin and supreme


Create_x_extra_slots-SF8008-v1.6-10+25+55-Slots-mSD-card-32GB+64GB


1- for micro-sd 32 GB - Max Slots 10 and the space allocated for sda5 data - 8.66GB

2- for micro-sd 64 GB - Maximum number of slots 25 and the space allocated for the sda5 data - 9.72GB

3- for micro-sd 128GB - Max Slots 55 and the space allocated for sda5 data - 8.59GB


After unpacking, select the script for your card's capacity.

Send to /usr/script chmod 755 and execute the script.


Script execution procedure:


1- Format your micro-SD card 32 GB with plugin : multiboot flashonline 7.1

open plugin

Help

select hard disk

Generic (storage device) External (31.0GB)

Initialize

Green button

yes

initializing storage device finished

exit


and you can also do that with the HardDisk Manager of your image.


2 - open openeight 6.8 enigma2 image


- With DCC


or filebrowser plugin


copy your script file to:


usr/script


exit

choose script and execute it

wait ...

and reboot device
